The Position: Accenture is seeking a Contract Services Specialist to provide contract, drafting, negotiation, and execution support to clients on various indirect procurement contracts. The Contract Services Specialist may also manage several medium to large sized clients. Essential duties and responsibilities of position: Support negotiation and contract formation activities for medium to high complexity contracts. Act as an account liaison for multiple medium to large accounts. Identify risks and issues within the client accounts, and suggest alternative solutions. Responsible for executing strategy on Contract Services processes. Work closely with client legal team to ensure seamless contract formation and contract execution support. The Opportunity: § Contribute to the development and execution of continuous Contract Services process improvements. § Develop industry, market, and operational process knowledge. § Expand operational and project management skills. § Collaborate with other industry experts via an extension community of like minded professionals. The Ideal Candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree required. Law degree preferred, but not required. Minimum 3-7 years of experience working on contracts required. Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment without sacrificing quality of work. Ability to follow a defined process, with attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to effectively communicate. Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers at various levels of an organization. Ability to work effectively with multiple customer professionals, in-house lawyers and suppliers. Adaptable communication style to enable conformance with our customers’ varied corporate cultures and organizational structures. Ability to provide our customers’ positions on issues effectively, and to reach resolution in a positive and efficient manner. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
