Major Responsibilities: Collaborate with multiple teams in high visibility roles to design, implement, optimize efficient and reliable dashboard for MyACUVUE.Monitor consumer life time value healthiness and actively suggest improvements based on analytical insights. Track the marketing/trade/consumer campaign result and provide actionable analysis.Visualize and explain statistical results in a way colleagues without statistical background will understand.Responsible for the data quality and timely deliver analytics.Spearhead analytic efforts in growth experiments (test and learn model)Qualifications:Education: Bachelor degree above Major in Economics/Statistic/Business is a plusExperience: 7 years+ experiences in data analytics related field Experienced in commercialize consumer database value Experience in CRM/Market Research/eCommerce is preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical thinking and communication skills Proactiveness and ability to learn quickly Excitement about working under test and learn environment Experience on SQL or other querying language Skills of data processing and prefer skill of deep learning, etc.Language Requirements: Fluent in Chinese and English both written and oralTravel Requirements: Flexible for both domestic and international travel
