1. Manage the return operation? Monitor daily operation; arrange appropriate resource to fulfill the task.? Lead the team to complete daily operation within the aligned lead time? Cooperate with inventory team to improve cycle count and stock taking then reach inventory management KPI? Establish KPI metrics and periodically review with the team to drive for continuous improvement.? Review & refine warehousing SOP yearly.2. Responsible for daily housekeeping and safety? Supervise subordinates to keep good 5S in warehouse? Protect goods from shrinkage or damage due to improper operations.? Make sure a safe warehouse operation & security service? Comply with Customs / corporate requirement3. Documentation? Record the information of operation and keep the documentation.? Keep the SOP update on time.? Record and statistics the worker’s vacation application file4. Manpower arrangement? Arrange reasonable manpower for every shift based on return schedule & volume and other operation activity.? Manage and motivate DC operators to continuously improve team productivity and efficiency.? Ensure every DC operators is well trained in SOP & WMS system and update the change.5. Report? Generate monthly KPI to track performance of warehouse operation? Analyze reasons behind performance failure and implement continuous improvement.? Collect the KPI data to make the bonus report timely.6. Communication? Maintain good working relationship with other team in DC like labeling, team, reserve team, transportation team.? Keep work close with online team to smooth the return working flow, setup regular review meeting with online team.? Communicate with all TP venders to build up and refine the SOP of return process, regular onsite check the process with vender.?PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES:1. Operational Excellence. – Make and keep the inventory management process efficient and clearness to satisfy both customer service requirement and internal control target.2. KPI. – Improve operations process to achieve both service and productivity KPI targets and analyse the KPI result.3. Training and Development. – Ensure staff is well trained in terms of SOP, cycle count process and sense.4. Continuous Improvement. – Based on KPI and benchmarking, continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service level, cycle count efficiency and effectiveness.1.Skillful with Excel operations2.Having substantial experience in WMS and ERP system, experience in using SAP will be an advantage3.Can work under the pressure of Inventory Management
