SQE

1. Conduct process audit or quality system audit according to ISO9001&VDA6.3 at supplier, follow-up corrective and preventive actions on the basis of audit report.  2. Follow up and supervise supplier improving action plan for developing supplier’s performance. Conduct training if necessary.  3. Analyze quality issues from production or incoming inspection, and propose improving and corrective actions which should be supervised through 8D report.  4. Cooperate with purchasing or R&D department to develop new suppliers.  5. Set up incoming quality check list for new product and train IQC.  6. Review with supplier about PPM target and delivery performance timely.  7. Responsible for supplier’s monthly evaluation report and send to Germany in time.  8. Other tasks assigned by department manager.    Requirement  1. Be autonomous to drive problem solving process;  2. Be the role model from the point of view auditing process and report;  3. Be logical thinking with strong sense of finding the root cause under the complicated situation;  4. Be able to identify the project risks and provide count-measurement accordingly.  5. Be able to lead CIP program at supplier
