岗位职责: 1. Organization and management of the after sales service cases tasks across the departments (e.g. technical department, quality, procurement); 组织和管理售后服务团队,与销售、技术、质量部门保持良好的合作; 2. Improve warranty procedures & claim management system,implement them within the organization; 完善索赔保修管理程序,并确保其在组织内部的实施; 3. Enable a database service, improve the service system; 启用售后服务数据库,完善售后服务体系; 4. Responsible for coordinating and improving the quality problem; 负责协调并推进质量缺陷的改善; 5. Responsible for service department data base and Baan system operation and maintenance; 负责售后部门数据库及Baan系统的操作和维护; 6. Set up and keep effective communication with headquarters; 和德国总部建立和保持有效沟通; 7. Technical support for customers; 给客户提供技术支持; 8. Coordinate after-sales technican daily scheduling; 协调售后服务专员的日常调度; 9. Create and maintain spare parts lists, maintain after sales tools; 创建和维护备件清单,售后工具的维护; 10.Write service reports ; 提交售后服务报告; 11.Complete other jobs ordered . 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职要求: 1. College or above, major in professional for refrigeration or electric mechanical engineering, etc; ??大专及以上学历,专业为制冷、电气、机械工程者为佳; 2. 3+ years industrial after-sales experience; ??3年以上售后工作经验; 3. Familiar with the marketing information in the whole industry; ??熟悉所在行业的市场信息; 4. Independent ability of analysing and problem-solving; ??具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力; 5. Familiar with office software; ??熟练使用办公软件; 6. Good ability to communicate in Chinese and English; ??具有良好的中英沟通、表达能力; 7. Dedication to the job; ??具有敬业精神; 8.
