Job Requirements:3 years above management skill;Time management & ERP experience;Thorough understanding of all aspect of business, particularly in the area of logistics/manufacturing concepts;Have thorough understanding of Inconterms;Have good understanding of the production process in the factory;Good communication and build good rapport with people at all levels;Work independently and dare to take calculated risk;Systematic approach in handling events and issues;Continuous improvement;Proficient in reading and writing English with good experience;PC literate(well verse in Excel, Word);Flexible, pro-active, highly self-motivated and task oriented;Travel when needed.Area of responsibilities/main duties:Active follow up customer request/quotation/project and track to implement, deal with customer claim and implement;Manage and coach business service, procurement,warehouse, project, quality department activities; Ensure team performance in line with the target;Manage materials flow and planning efficiency for production use, drive process improvement of supply chain;Coordinate with other related department with team work;Monitor and support supplier`s cost, delivery performance and quality reliability, assisting his purchasers in having the suppliers on the right track;Responsible for ISO9000 & ISO14001 system to operation;Manage Inventory control: Maintain agreed level of buffer stock to balance flexibility;Minimize obsolescence, pre-alert the relevant parties should activities cause too high obsolenscence;Maintain normal stock level.8. Chair project meetings to review project status, detect and resolve problem areas with the project member(s) of/and customer to ensure that the customer product specification are meet within agreed timeframe,cost;9. Coordinate with other related department with team work, complete factory manager`s other tasks in time when company needed.
