主班老师岗位职责（3-5名）：
1、根据园所计划组织班组人员制定工作计划与总结。
2、负责组织本班组成员开展班级常规活动，促进班级幼儿出勤。
3、负责本班班级环境管理与幼儿安全教育。
4、负责家长沟通工作，促进家园共育成效。
5、负责班级资产管理。
任职资格：
1、中专以上学历，具有教师资格证。
2、具有3年以上幼儿教育工作经验；
3、具有独立完成教学任务的能力；
4、有一定的组织才能和良好的沟通能力。
5、无不良嗜好，喜欢孩子，有爱心、责任心。
薪资待遇：
 无责底薪3500元起，包吃住。

2、负责协助主班老师组织本班组成员开展班级常规活动，促进班级幼儿出勤。
3、负责协助本班班级环境管理与幼儿安全教育。
4、负责协助家长沟通工作，促进家园共育成效。
5、负责班级资产管理。

1、大专以上学历，具有教师资格证。
2、具有1年以上幼儿教育工作经验；
3、具有配合完成教学任务的能力；
4、有一定的协调才能和良好的沟通能力。
5、无不良嗜好，喜欢孩子，有爱心、责任心。
薪资待遇：
 无责底薪3000元起，包吃住。

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, with teacher qualification certificate.
2. Have more than 1 year's working experience in education;
3. Ability to complete teaching tasks with coordination;
4. Have certain coordination skills and good communication skills.
5. No bad hobbies, like children, caring, responsible.
