Position Summary: This position is responsible for support business needs for customer service team. Mainly for logistic, documentation support for various brands, provide support for internal system(Navision) updates, etc…while assisting in reaching how to work more efficient as per current process. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for making sure all supporting documentation done 100% accurately, and assist to resolve any discrepancies or variances (overages, shortages or damages) for the sales orders. 2. Responsible for provide logistic require documentations that instructed by related CS (customer service) 3. Responsible for creating and issuing sales order, PSI from Navision that instructed by related CS 4. Responsible for create invoice and packing list for various customer that instructed by related CS 5. Assist to post (pre-post) invoices in Navision 6. Provide support through detailed reporting for team’s needs. 7. Provide support to CS whenever needed as per clear instruction from related CS Requirements: 1. Fresher with bachelor degree or 1-2 year’s procurement experience preferred in the import/international area 2. Must be with great detail oriented, well organized and good time management skills 3. With the interest of system operation with logic thinking 4. Excellent computer skills required (Excel, Word, PPT) 5. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written required 6. Ability to work effectively with certain levels of the organization as well as cross functionally 7. BA Degree required
