客户服务代表 岗位概述: 客户服务代表作为联结外部客户及内部客户的桥梁,对公司达到并超越客户的期望、加强并巩固与客户的合作伙伴关系、维护并提高客户的忠诚度、持续增长销售起到至关重要的作用。 该岗位的具体职责如下: 1. 与所负责区域的客户进行有效沟通,为客户提供支持。 2. 维护并更新客户信息,安排客户日常订单的生产及运输。 3. 跟踪货物发放情况并将发货信息及时反馈给客户。 4. 及时向客户提供所需的发票,报告及其他相关文件。 5. 统计、分析并更新所负责区域的销售预测及销售数据。 6. 协助所负责区域的销售回收应收帐款及管理。 7. 贸易产品及相关代理产品的采购及库存控制。 8. 在有需要的时候,作为其他客服同事的backup,协助相关工作。 9. 完成主管分配的其他任务。 具体要求:(1人) 1. 本科以上学历,2年以上相关工作经验; 2. 熟练的英语听、说、写能力和计算机操作能力; 3. 有责任心、诚实、可靠,积极向上的工作态度; 4. 有很好的团队合作精神和沟通能力; Main Responsibilities ? Maintain an accurate customer database and complete customer order profiles to ensure 100% error free order processing. ? Prepare orders for processing by verifying previous purchase (or sample) and the correct pricing information. ? Process orders in Oracle Order Management using customer order profiles. ? Obtain carrier information on delivery service and cost to schedule expedited shipments. ? Track shipments with freight carriers to ensure 100% on-time delivery. ? Analyse Supplier Performance reports for accuracy. ? Fulfil customer requests for Quality Assurance and Shipping documentation including: Certificates of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheets, Certificates of Origin, and Packing Lists. ? Coordinate customer requests for technical information and reference standards with Area Technical Managers. ? Review orders on credit hold with Credit Analyst. Provide feedback to customers on order credit status. ? Collect accurate information, research, respond and provide resolution to all customer inquiries including complaints, returns, pricing discrepancies, deductions and logistics issues. ? Provide weekly Account Receivable updates to sales force. ? Serve as back up for other Customer Service Coordinators. ? Assist in process improvement teams/projects to automate manual processes, establish best practice and focus on high quality service levels. Requirements: ? Position requires a college above diploma (A.S. Degree in Business preferred). ? Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel a must), have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be flexible. ? Must possess excellent phone skills and communication skills.
