Job Description 职位介绍：
1. Assist Onsite managing
1.协助现场管理工作
2. Be responsible for establishing Standard Process of VISH maintenance management system and supervising the execution
2.负责建立标准的福伊特维修管理标准进程系统和监督执行。
3. Assist the client’s Quality Dept. and Production Dep. to analyze the reasons of unqualified products
3.协助客户质量部门和生产部门分析不合格产品的原因
4. Assist client to conduct CMK validation after maintenance and consolidate & archive the validation data
4.协助客户进行保养之后CMK生效，完善和保存生效时间的文档记录
5. Based on the service standard of contract, to keep close and good relationship with customer and all onsite parties
5.根据服务标准和合同，与客户及其他现场各方保持良好关系。
6. Supervise and push continuous improvement to maintain and improve onsite service quality
6.监督和推进对维修的持续改进和提升现场服务质量。
7. Study Predictive Maintenance Skills applicable to onsite characteristics and be responsible for PdM’s application and benefits onsite
7.根据现场特点研究预防性维修技术的应用和负责PDM’S现场应用
8. Be responsible for supervising key points of onsite process and continuously improve the weak points
8. 负责监督现场关键进程和持续改进不足之处。
Qualification 职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, relevant majors of mechanical and electrical, if comprehensive quality and technical skills is extra-special, college degree will also be considered
1. 本科以上学历，机械相关专业。如有相关经验，大专亦可。
2. More than 7 years’ experience in Manufacturing industry. More than 3 years’ experience for onsite team management
2. 超过7年制造行业经验，超过3年现场团队管理经验。
3. Be familiar with mechanical manufacture technological process, CMK validation process experience preferred
3.熟悉机械制造工艺流程，有CMK经验者优先。
4. Good command of TPM/PM concept both in theory and practice
4.精通TPM/PM理论和实操。
5. Be familiar with ISO and TS16949 system processes
5. 熟悉ISO和TS16949系统进程。
6. Good capability of communication and coordination skills, customer orientation awareness
6. 良好的沟通能力，以客户为导向。
7. Be good at English reading for mails and technical documents
7.能使用英文阅读邮件和技术文档。
