BOTH Boutique注重多维度用户体验，采用020经营模式。不仅打造了www.both.com在线精品店，更将于2015年在上海开设第一家旗舰店。BOTH Boutique的旗舰店采用全新的“概念店”和“体验式”经营模式，届时将为中国的白领带来一种全新的购物体验和精致的生活方式。
同在BOTH Boutique销售的自主品牌BOTH，则由众多来自全球各地并对亚洲及中国文化有浓厚兴趣的新锐设计师们共同打造，他们用“编织”的美学主张表达东方和西方的交织和融合，并将这个元素融合到产品的设计和工艺细节，让BOTH散发出品牌独有的文化魅力和视觉特色。
目前，BOTH的中国总部设立于上海恒隆广场，创意设计中心位于江苏苏州。有来自意大利、英国、荷兰、葡萄牙、德国、日本等国的时尚精英和中国本土的专业团队共同服务这个中国真正的“精品”品牌。

BOTH is a boutique brand wholly-owned by a Singapore investment group ATX HOLDING PTE.LTD., including an O2O BOTH Boutique and its self-owned designer brand BOTH.
With the background of inundant and unordered luxury consumption, low-qualitied fast fashion and mature consumption concept in China, BOTH Boutique hopes to bring the mature concept of boutique from overseas market to China, which means that, the price of products will be between that of Fast Fashion products and Light Luxuries, the brands may be niche, but the design and quality will be high-level. They are the choice of European young knowledge elites.
BOTH Boutique is devoted to dig and develop a Chinese local buyer team. They will search for global boutiques with eastern aesthetics sight, balance the price, forecast the fashion trend, and select the most suitable products for Asian white-collars’ commuting, relaxation and entertainment, along with a professional team to guide the modeling and combination, in order to arouse the idea of fashion of Asian whit-collars.
BOTH Boutique will pay attention to multi-dimensional user experience and apply the business model of O2O. Not only the online boutique www.both.com but also the first flagship store in Shanghai in 2015. The BOTH Boutique will apply the business model of “concept store” and “experience mode”, which is expected to bring a totally new shopping experience and exquisite lifestyle to Chinese white-collars.
The self-owned brand BOTH will be on sale in BOTH Boutique, which is built and designed by emerging designers all over the world who have great interest in Chinese culture. The element of weaving which express the combination of western and eastern culture will be applied to the design and craft of products and will definitely help to add cultural charm and visual features to the brand BOTH.
For the moment, the headquarter of BOTH is located in Heng Long Plaza, Shanghai, and the creation and design center in Suzhou, Jiangsu. Its buyer team contains professional buyers and fashion elites from Italy, Great Britain, Holland, Portugal and of course China, they are all devoted to serve this Chinese local boutique brand.
